Directions from Calgary:
Drive south on Highway Number Two
to the outskirts of Nanton. Continue past the Lancaster Museum and
turn left at 18th street. Drive east across the highway, and follow
what is now Highway 533 past the campground, rodeo grounds and golf
course. Carry on a mile past the golf course to Range Road 281 where
you turn left again and drive a quarter mile north to the turnoff into
Red Surge Battlefield Live. To the right you will see our "Graintown".
Directions from Lethbridge:
have you coming either up from Fort
Macleod into the south side of Nanton, which means you pass through
most of the town before you reach 18st (Highway 533), a block past the
Information booth and turn right, then follow the road east again past
the rodeo grounds, golf course etc.
The other approach is from Vulcan where you travel west on Highway 533
until you come to Range Road 281, where you turn right and travel a
quarter mile north to the Red Surge Battlefield Live turnoff.
